Hey guys, I'm Brian
Ive had my jeep for about 5-6 years now, and its been through a lot with me. I graduated high school and community college in it, ive driven it all through my time at VT; i brought my daughter home in it and i met my fiance in a trip over a little mountain road in my Cherokee
I started lifting about two years after I got it

Im at 6.5" now, on control arm drops and Rusty's solid lowers... Im making a huge change however!! On it's way is Kris Froehlich's updated 3 link long arm kit, and JCR's stage2 rock sliders. I have some HD offroad Stiffeners already sitting in the corner! I'll be getting on it all in the very near future and will do my best to log it all!!!

Look for 4.88's and an Aussie for the rear this spring too!!

r u runnin an sye or tc drop and r u runnin any shims?
bec im am doin this soon cause i have a 4 and goin up to 6

Hey Guys, I'm long over due for an update, but I will hopefully have some pics up tomorrow of theFrame stiffeners installed/going in. Next to throw on are the JCR Rock Rails and th Froehlich 3 Link!!! Also, it looks like I may give the Wife my TNT Trackbar and will be ordering a Froehlich Unit!

Im at my limits w/o the SYE. I need to get that sucker installed badly..... I have my TC dropped about 1 3/4 inches, which is absolutely as far as anyone needs to ever drop it...LOL I cant wait to sew it all back up with the new 3 link crossmember!

P.S. My Rig has 6* shims that look like they should work with a SYE/Driveshaft combo

Big things are happening.... HD Offroad Stiffeners installed, SYE is finished, Froehlich Crossmember is mounted, Jeep is tore down and Im about to start hacking the LCA mounts off in just a few....

Kind of peeved at JCR Offroad... they didnt build my rockrails to work with the Long arm brackets and have yet to respond to my email concerning them.... im hoping they answer back and give me a reason not to doubt all the good claims ive read about them.

Froehlich's Long Arm crossmember went on great! I just hung the trackbar bracket and it fit perfect as well. Kris has been on hand anytime i needed to call him and ask a question so another bump for good service!

I'll update with full build and pics soon enough!

Its a Prowler Trident 13!! how do you like the 15'??? i couldnt imagine turning a bigger boat..lol

Well guys, about an hour after my last update i had a cut off wheel shred at full throttle.... sliced the tip of my knuckle off....ugh!...haha now it's time to recruit some help

I really like my T-15. I like to paddle and sight see while fishing and usually paddle at least 10-12 miles, so the length comes in handy there. Also, it's a great fat boy boat. I'm too fat and I like to carry too much gear, so it all works out good.

I don't really have too much of a problem turning it, unless I'm in a running creek and then it could be a problem. A 12 footer is a lot better.

I'm currently working on converting an old boat trailer into a trailer that I can haul four kayaks on and lock them up. It'll also have two lockable boxes on it. A longer one to keep paddles and rods/reels locked up and neatly organized. THe other will be across the tongue to keep everything else kayak fishing related in and locked up.

This way, I don't have to load anything. When I get read to go fishing after getting off work in the morning, I'll be able to just hook my new (to me) XJ to the kayak trailer and make tracks to the lake and skip the painstakingly slow process of me finding annd then loading all my crap. Also, it will allow me to stop at the store or a restaurant and have all my geAr secured so I don't have to let my kayaks, carbon fiber paddles, and all my beloved upper end Shimano reels sitting in the back of my pick up. Everything will be locked up and ready to go at a moment's notice.
