Hmm. Might seem obvious here, but how's your alignment?

Literally just got it back from one and as soon as I pull the front shaft no vibration. It's something to do with the front shaft.

I bet you will need a longer drive shaft since the 3 link pushed the entire axle forward. Do you have any pictures of the front shaft installed? Can you get the collapsed length of the shaft vs center to center yoke measurements at ride height?

I talked to the people at tom woods and they said I have two options, I can return it and get a full refund or I can return it they'll check the balance and then send it back to me. It's always had a vibration and it always stops when the front driveshaft is out. I probably could use a longer one, so I'm debating getting the full refund and going with another company, but I don't know who to go with or what other good prices are. Any suggestions?

x2 for Adams. I have one in the front and rear. Absolutely the best customer service out there as well.

That's good to hear. I still have stock shafts, but I'll most likely go to them when the time comes

Nope. It's got a 1in tcase drop in it, and not sure the exact amount, but there's a little left

Anyone know where I can get a rebuild kit for a rubicon express flex joint in a track bar?

I've had good luck w/ 4wheelparts.com for RE replacement hardware.

What is your pinion angle? Did it vibe before you took it in to adjust the long arms? Usually caster takes precedence over pinion angle and it's possible that when they adjusted the arms, the pinion angle suffered. What speed does it start at and does it get worse at higher speeds?

Are you running an SYE? You could swap the front shaft to the rear and see if the vibrations follow.

It's had vibes for a long time, they stop when the front shaft is out. Highway speeds it's a harmonic vibration. I think the shaft is unbalanced because I've have the pinion 100% perfectly in line and it vibes, it's a little lower than in line now but it vibes, I've put in new yokes and it vibes, I've rebuilt the transfercase and the front axle and it still vibes.

How about swapping front and rear shafts? I'm surprised your pinion angle is so close to perfect. It has to be off if your caster is correct. Curious to hear what your fix finally is, I'll be getting into this on mine soon, not sure what other options you have.
