Haven't gotten it past like 65 since pulling the front shaft but I think that's where the vibe was coming from. Now to find out if it was the shaft itself or something it was attached to...

Took it up to 85 today, no vibration but still howling. So it's something to do with the front shaft. I have a spare which hopefully is good so I'll try that one soon as I get some time and see if that fixes it or if it's something else to do with the front shaft.

Dude, incredible build im very impressed as im in high school half days and working full time and trying do build up my xj as nice as yours! True inspiration! Dont sell it bud you will regret it later. I promise you that! Ive been through the "im tired of working on it and paying for gas stage" i sold my xj and a year later bought another one. You have a nice peice and they are getting more hard to come by in as nice as shape as yours! Imo what i would do is buy a chepo 4 banger to get you around and keep your jeep for hauling stuff and trail rides. Good work on everything so far. Subbed

I'm trying to convince my parents to let me get another car (I'd have to keep one at their house while I'm at college) and they don't really seem happy about the idea. I don't think I'll ever sell it, but man working full time and trying to work on the jeep and have a life just doesn't really work out. I'm leaving my job a week before I move into college so I hope to get some parts I have for it put on, and maybe get some new parts. Thanks for the kind words!

Wired up the light bars on the roof rack I installed yesterday. Also, finally put the climate control led strip in from akasnajo.

no everything is messed up. Front and rear axles are still not right and I'm tired of dealing with it. I love the power and everything just the parts are bad or install is bad or something and it's getting old.

Damn man, hate to hear you're having problems with your gears. I'll swap you two 3:55 axles and a Lock-Right for your complete axles.

How's about hooking us with up with some pics of that rack set-up

I haven't taken any new pictures with it on yet and it's dark now. Tomorrow I'll try and get some pictures of it.
