since i cant seem to find anything that really answers my question ill ask you. Since i am really considering getting the 3" zone lift like you have, i was wondering if you had to do anything to your track bar? did you have to drill and relocate or did you get an adjustable

 

I never touched my track bar. I have been driving this way for over a month with no problems. I ordered an adjustable track bar from Iron rock about 2 days ago. And once I install it I'll see if I notice a difference. From what I have read you don't need to do any adjustment to the track bar unless you go 4 1/2" or higher. What I DID do was drop the T-case 1".

Thanks Rich. And just to let you know, I subscribed to your son's build yesterday. He's got a really nice build going. The UPS tracking number says that the JCR light bar and my roof rack should arrive tomorrow. If it does then I will for sure try to install it by tomorrow night. I'll be sure to post up some pics of the install. I also have to run to Pepboys and pick up 2 more 5" off road lights. My Smoked clear corners and Zone Off road quick discos should also arrive tomorrow.

Lol! I know it definitely feels like X-mas at my house. The bad thing is that tomorrow is also Valentines Day. Sooooooo I give you one guess who's gonna want to open more presents than me (wife). Which mean$ tomorrow i$ gonna be expen$ive!!!

 

I'll try to take some pics of the headlights tomorrow night. Heres the Ebay link for the lights that I got. And yes you can definitely upgrade them to HID's thats also another reason why I got them. The install on these was really easy. You remove 6 screws, unplug the old headlight and plug in the new one and put the 6 screws back in. Takes about 10 minutes to do... you don't even have to open he hood to do this.

It's a very solid mount. Comes with an 18' cable and hardware. I went to Home Depot and picked up a can of Black Rustoleum and painted the mount black to kinda make it match my jeep.

 

Thanks man! I really appreciate it. I think that what you are doing with the SAR is really cool. You picked the right vehicle to get the job done. Yeah the color of my Jeep is one of my favorite things about it. I hopefully will hopefully get some more goodies for my Jeep tomorrow so be on the look out, just the way I'm on the look out for updates on your build.

 

I just got an email that my JCR light bar isn't going to arrive today. The delivery date was change to the 18th.

But my roof rack should get here today I hope. I did however buy a fire extinguisher
