Well it was and I sold it already. Could have used a dana 300 with it. I paid $50 for it with a busted ring gear and stripped axle shaft. I welded the tubes up and a guy at work bought it that day. I had it 3 days lol.

Found em on Facebook. Met they main guy Scot Schaffer. When I found the group he was actually visiting Alabama. Met him for lunch. Great guy and a great charity they are running. Search FB "Jeepers 4 Jesus". The group is based out of Texas.

So figured I'd do a little somthing while figuring out what to do with the rest of the jeep. Got this head last year from a buddy for $20 (I think it came off a 94 or 95). I was gonna build it for my stroker but ended up buying a bare head already ported. Figured I'll clean this one up and maybe do some light port work. Who knows.
Edit: laugh at my bobo table all you want. That thing has made serious money... just replaced the wood a few weeks ago.

so I got bored yesterday and started yet another project. decided to do the doorless mod. I removed my doors then cut the brackets. made it a pain to get them back on for the first time. I still have to redo the wiring and move the speakers buy I like it so far. doors shut better than before, also alot quiter when open/closing. I had one pin that wouldn't come out so I need to adress that for safety reasons.

So a had a little free jeep time today so I decided to get some more wheel clearence. First I plugged my big fan up and setup a canopy. It's hot here in alabama (101° today). Next I removed the fender flares and nut strips. 10mm impact works wonders. I only broke 2 bolts and there is plenty of thread left. Next I removed the end caps on the front bumper for some more visual and cutting room. Now I did a cut and fold method on the front. I cut the first lip off and folded the next step so it would be smoother if my tires hit it. It's no where near perfect and will require some spot welding to fill in some cut spots. I'll be trimming it deeper in the future when I swap my tons in. After cutting and folding I hit it real quick with a wire disk. Then I primered, painted, and light coat of bedliner to help with the scuff under paint texture. By no means is this show quality work, but it does the job. I gained around 3in of up travel on my suspension. I also removed the front swaybar, since this is trailered just about everywhere now. Progress is slow for now, it's the busy part of the year for me. I've been accumulating a bunch of parts so once I slow down at work (probably fall/winter) I will have alot more to post. Stay tuned folks
