Well tomorrow morning ill be lifting the front from 3 to 4.5, here is a list of what im installing:

4.5in RE springs
LCA's
Drop pitman arm
Adj RE track bar
F350 sway bar links

I know i will need to modify my break line mounting points. Anything else i need to worry about. Also can i get some input on swapping the coils. Id rather not use compressors. How much of pita will it be to swap them without them? Any and all advice is welcome. Thanks

Done. Steering is tighter now. Only scrubs at full lock in reverse. Apparently it already had a drop pitman. Mine was exactly the same as the one on there.

Got my pass. Front window working, forgot how much of a pita it is to put a new one in. Also found that my tstat housing was cracked. Got a new one and painted it, installed and readt to go. Temp gauge still isnt getting near the 210 mark. Itll rise up right past first quarter mark. Another thing, the thermostat i pulled had motorad stamped on the side, but no jiggle valve. The one i got from the dealer also had motorad stamped on it.. Somthing wrong here? Next weekend i will be doing cruisers renix refresh finally. Also gonna go over my vacuum stuff, got lines that are cracked that the PO taped over

Love it man. I love seeing a 20+ XJ get another chance. The best thing is that you can pretty much go to any junkyard and find everything you could ever want to replace. I also dig the fact that you like having your kids out there. I have 2 girls myself and the oldest pretty much comes on every trail ride I go on. She loves it! Keep up the good work, hope to see you around some local AL trails soon.

Looking great! Great job getting the kid involved! My oldest boy is 18 with his own 94 XJ and we have a great time working on them.

Well a little update. Brown santa visited today, brought me my curt receiver hitch. Plan to put it on this weekend along with doing the C101 elimination. Might try and clean up the engine bay some. Found some more leaks and small issues to address. My steering gearbox is leaking at the seal above where the pitman arm mounts. Also, my power steering pump is screaming and the pulley is whining so that will be done in the near future. My transfer case is spraying fluid out of the front drive seal. Busy busy busy.

Started on removing the PO's make shift tow receiver. Welded in a couple places. I never noticed i had a gas tank skid before. Nut strips are decent enough, just dirty. Gonna grab a quick sammich and then finish up. Gonna hopefully do the C101 after this.

Hitch is done, took a while to clean the nut strips up. Didnt get to the trailer wiring. I had some issues with around the skid. Had to "massage" it in there.

Got the C101 elimination completed. Pretty simple, just time consuming. I noticed it starts up alot quicker now. Still gotta get some loom to tuck it in for a neater look
