I'm going again in June after I get lockers and regear. On that trip I have at least two buddies coming up from Tampa to join, hopefully you can make it then. This summer I plan to be at the beach a lot and to go wheeling at least once a month

I got my steering issue fixed. Somehow even after torquing all my bolts twice, my Trackbar mount was coming loose. I applied locktite and readjusted everything again. She drives so much better. Still having a stuttering issue that I'm dealing with but I'm getting it back to normal slowly.

It's pretty similar, it's a V6 though and I prefer my 4cyl mpgs. I haven't done anything major or posting worthy lately. Just wheeling and driving her. I'm going to be dropping around 2k on my car in less than a month to revamp her and get a cleaner look. My jeep funds have been converted into tattoo and car funds. Along with beach funds. I really don't need to do too much on XJ. I'll be picking up rock sliders, and possibly start on the cage; but I need my car to be in good running condition so I have something I'm proud to be driving. My Tahoe just doesn't cut it

I honestly stay to myself, not big on socializing anymore.

 

I understand that man. When your job was dealing with "babysitting" people all day, in less than ideal conditions, dealing with more people isn't at the top of your to-do list.

 

So I may go back to contracting overseas, it's one of options if these lawyers keeping giving it to me raw.

 

Good money in it. Know a couple guys who have done it.

 

I did it for 18 months after I got off active duty. I made great money just not conducive to seeing my daughter or finishing my degree. On a better note, I'll be getting car parts soon and hitting up the beach through out the summer

 

So while I was in Orlando for only 36 hours, somebody tried to steal my Jeep. Luckily I have a taken a few measures to stop any would be thief. It just irritates me that it happened in an upscale neighborhood

 

^^^Stupid Orlando... I hate going there. Moreso than even going back down to South Florida to visit.

 

I live in miami and it happens constantly...why? People don't want to spend their money and steal your stuff
