Ok....so I got a bunch of stuff done....undoing some PO crap...(gotta love PO's)
Thermostat...(stuck open...ran at about 140 degrees) Replaced with a SuperStat 195.
Found while I was doing that....the radiator is new....but it is obvious that some type of STOP LEAK had been used in the system....coolant looks like MUD! I will be doing a massive flush soon to remedy.
Full tune up...cap, rotor, plugs, wires...etc
Oil Change to get the Rotella running
Wired up my electric fan (Thanks Mark for doing the soldering)....when I got it...the AUX E-Fan was missing....just not there.....well...the circuit works...so new fan in.
Upstream O2 sensor
I scored some 702 injectors and a rebuild kit...so that will be next.
Thanks for looking.

Got the gauges working again. Followed the writeups and got her done. Also "fixed" the rear hatch latch...with a coat hanger for now, but it works.
Replaced the drivers side door hinge pin...no more saggy....
Next up...coolant flush/fill and 702 injectors.

Ok...I have made decisions. These are the eventual plans as they stand today:
Exhaust:
Performance-Curve.com
Cat - http://performance-curve.com/410250-...converter.aspx
Muffler - http://performance-curve.com/25offsetcenter1.aspx
Tailpipe - http://performance-curve.com/84-01ch...5tailpipe.aspx
Downpipe – Local Mandrel Bent Custom
Header -
Intake:
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SPE-9948/
Boring my own TB to 60mm
Lift
Bastard except shocks for now
Front shocks : http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/p...ad-Racing-Unit
Rear Shocks: http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/p...ad-Racing-Unit
Will save up for OME 4” Trailblazer Lift
http://www.rocky-road.com/xjtrailblazer.html
Tires are still a toss up.

don't go with a kit from RRO - one of the worst reputations for customer service around.
DPG Offroad offers hybrid OME kits as well, but they have great service and a better product IMO. We put the 3" one on Brian's XJ.

I just want the Springs...not a hybrid kit I guess. I do not need the shocks...etc..so I guess my Post was inaccurate. But I will take that into consideration. I have ordered Shackles and BPE's from RRO before and had no issue. I want their shackles and BPE's again.

Front: http://www.4x4groupbuy.com/store/fro...gs-p-8770.html
My thoughts are....with the 3.5" OME rear and 4" OME TJ Front....I can use a small spacer, shackle, etc to level it out around 4".
Whole spring kit all the way around =$420.....which is not bad for OME at all 4 corners.

Ok...so a lot has happened...not much to take pictures of...but I will update with visual aids soon.
First...fixed the freeze plug....that was a fiasco...did not want to pull the head, so I dropped the cross member and one motor mount and did it from underneath and in the rear.
Then I bored out my throttle body and installed a CAI using a RockIt tube for a TJ (had to cut it) and a cone filter....(eventually will go to cowl)
