Cheromangler expedition rig
Hey all, started this build a couple weeks ago on my 96 classic. I've already done quite a bit of work on it so I'll be posting in shorter sections instead if all at once so bear with me. This first pic is what she looked like before the start of the build.
sorry the pic isn't good but it's all I have from before the build. she started off with 3.5 rough country suspension lift, 31in. wrangler ATs, and straight piped.

I cut the rear upper quarter and shaved the wheel wells with an angle grinder. first i removed the windows and headliner before doing the cuts

here's the wheel wells after the cuts
and the back after cutting slits on the inside and folding down the excess length
