We'll it's finally painted, so far got about $1100 in it, but that's not bad for a jeep on 37's and painted. Just gotta finish up a few more odds and ends and she'll be done and probably own to the next owners.

So idk if I been lucky lately or what. The ones that was keeping up with the build seen I got a hellva deal on transfer case, control arms and that such I thing. We'll decided to run to the junkyard today to pick a few interior pieces. I seen on criaglist (they post their vehicles they bring in on their.) and seen a ZJ lifted with ugly homemade bumper. Didn't think nothing of it so while I was out their I scored big off of the ugly jeep and found out they had upgraded steering to rusty's heavy duty tie rod, drag link, and trac bar and drop pitman arm for a whole.........$30 bucks....even though I'm not using it on this build it was a hellva steal. So my next jeep is gonna be ready when I put the transfercase and all the stuff I found today

Pitman arm looks like it will work, but by rusty's website shows it won't. So idk will see.

So bought it from a buddy of mine. It needs a lot of work but it's a good starting point. It has brand new 39' IROCS. Lifted around 10 inches on full widths. Dana 44 front, 14 bolt rear.
Things to do.
Redo steering,
Recut rear fenders and box them in
New exhaust
Pull all interior out and get a good cleaning
Durango gear box
Swap in my transfer case and sell transfer case that's in it.
And probably other stuff that I'm forgetting lol

Built it, had fun with it, sold at a profit. Win all around! Still can't get over how big the XJ looks alone, but is dwarfed by big Dodge!
I'll be watching progress on this one as well. Keeping this one?

Overall jeep is solid. Like I said it needa work but overall it's all their. I'll get some good pictures tomorrow of everything upclose. And I may actually keep this one. For one it already has bigger axles, locked, lifted like I want it (little to tall but I'll get used to it) and I'm throwing my transfercase with SYE Kit in it. The hard works done.
Plans? Sell the 14 bolt out of the rear and swap in a ford 9 inch.--- durango gear box --- just fix the drag link with new hiem joint ends --- cut and redo the fender and add body armor then maybe someday exo-internal cage! And chromo axle shafts
But instead of making a new build thread for this one I'll probably just adding on to this.

So started sanding down the interior. Only one or two small holes, but the rest is just surface rust. Began first coat of bedliner yesterday. Gonna get it finished by this weekend. Not decided if I wanna just keep the bedlined floors or put carpet back in. I kinda wanna put carpet just because keep noise down and keep some heat out the cabin. But I don't won't to stain the carpet. Anyway it's a slow progress. Having school in the morning and work in the afternoon kinda limits what I can do to it.
