Default Chatham's build...

So I bought this Jeep from a buddy of mine. $500 flat. Not too bad for the shape it's in. Have alot of ideas for it, just not alot of practice.

This is what it looks like sitting in my yard. I'm a college student so paying for school and all. This is going to be a slow process. But an effective one at least.

Planning ong buying new tires for it. This is all the stock that came with it.

Yea, one has already fallin off. I'm wanting to take them all off, and paint the whole exterior. I'm in the process of ordering Herculiner for the interior seeing as I'v ripped up the interior becuase the previous owner let the carpet mold -.-
What do you think about the fenders? I want to take them off so I can have more room for bigger tires haha.

You may as well trim them like everyone else does on here, maybe get some bushwacker flares. If you do take those trim pieces or off just have a bit of time on your hands it took me forever and a ton of goo gone to remove most of the adhesive, use a heatgun or hairdyer and a razor lol

And just a suggestion until u get new rims u may wanna paint those black or something it's a big change to the look, without having to actually do something as major as paint, and maybe even tint ur tailights etc, just suggestions lol

I'd use rattle cans. Just YouTube the process for a few nights, until you know everythng you'll have to use some degreaser and some other stuff. I live in loxley in Baldwin co. Not exactly MY jeep yet lol it's still my dads for now, I'm just working on it lol

I got a free weekend this week. So I'm going to paint the rims and tint the lights. Hopefully paint the interior also. Get the red trim off and take off the fenders. I'll take pics!

I was thinking of taking the flares off and just filling in the holes with something. Just until I can get bigger tires. Because the rear driver side fender is screwed up seeing as the guy I bought it off of got into a little wreck haha.
