Today got the first coat of Herculiner on the rear bumper and some of the side. Hopefully ill get the second coat on tonight and the rest of the side done on Monday.

Plan is to do the white trim and down.

Should look less clumpy after the second coat.

ooofff a harsh ride awaits thee.
I not trying to bash your build, on the contrary, I started mine with that exact same kit, right down to those nitros......
I do understand budget constraints better than most....(I'm currently unemployed.)
Since you already have this kit, go with it for now. then start saving for some better shocks.

But my advice would be this: stay away from lifting for now, get tough in other areas..the bumper was a great choice for an upgrade, get recovery points, maybe even a winch....then go wheeling and see whats holding you back, then lift accordingly. why? because the lift game is an expensive one!
Hell my sisters stock XJ will go almost anywhere I go, 'cept for boulder fields and deep water ect...
But I digress....your jeep looks great, and its your jeep not mine....so have fun, and good luck!

Hay thanks for the info. Ya I've bin told that about the nitros but anythings better then the blown shocks I have on there now. Also I'll be able to fit 31's and that's all I need for now. Hell stock I've had this thing places some people won't bring there worked rigs.

Started wire wheeling my drums then realized I have a bead blaster at work. Probably pop them off at lunch sometime this week for a blast and paint.

Ditched this useless pos a wile ago forgot I had a pic.

Today did my front breaks and ditched the rest of my air box. Was going to fab up a heat shield and better hold down. But the wife had other plans for me. So for now a tie wrap will hold it still.
