Got the driver side wheel well almost finished, & made some good progress on the passenger side. Then decided to go with a shock hoop for the rear. The vertical tube off the hoop is where the spare tire mounting plate will get welded. BTW the HF tube kinker can sure MANGLE a piece of hrew! Lol

After keeping dereks Lincoln weld pack hostage for weeks I've decided I need my own!

when i looked at it today, it definentaly looks like it was bent with a HF bender ha ha

but don't look to bad tho.

Ya Haha what a waist of money that thing was! I figured screw it where its not structural & will be welded to the wheel wells... it will work fine as a shock hoop, & tire carrier.

yea after using a TUBE bender you can tell the difference between that and a PIPE bender ha ha

Ya I was told that welding some bent pipe into the die would stop it from kinking, but that doesn't stop the "rollers" from denting the tube on both sides of the bend! Ya POS!

Well I was using the HF mig, but that's a pita too! Lol anytime you wanna sell me that Lincoln I got cash in hand!
