well the shake down run was a bust or THREE! list of flaws; lower heater hose blew, RF axle shaft/U-joint, & last but not least my T-case!!! Gotta get wrenching ASAP, cause our Moab memorial trip is coming up quick.

Yeah, but it was fun, thats what lil Moabs about, go find the failures before dragging the sucker 230 miles to Big Moab, right? 6 foot cheater bar on a 1/4 inch ratchet, you nailed it with that analogy bro, you'll get it nailed down, and when you you do, that things gonna be a monster. keep moving forward, this thing is gonna be sick! Just a few bugs to work out.

Ya jeff, like they say if your not breaking stuff, your not wheeling hard enough! And I was picking some pretty hard lines! Break, upgrade, repeat.

The t-case has had me worried for awhile now. On our groups mineral basin run I temporarily lost 4h, but then I haven't had a problem since. Well on the way back from lil moab it was clunking HARD, & jerking the whole drive train around... I'm just gonna drop a JY one in ($75) vs rebuilding it ($200-$300)!

But if you wheeling it hard wouldn't it be better to go ahead and just rebuild with HD parts?
