Default Build my XJ

This is my first post here but I have a lot of plans for my 2000 xj and I am looking for any suggestions/feedback before I begin the build this summer. I want to turn my stock cherokee into s fully capable offroad rig but it will remain my DD for the year. Below are my current plans, let me know what you think, what you would change or add. I have a budget for this build but I also have time which allows the budget to grow so I want this to be a thread where I can look at everyone's suggestions and implement them if they are reasonable to build a badass XJ with no corners being cut.

4.5 or 5.5 inch RE lift ... 4.5 would include drop brackets and 5.5 is long arm
Advanced adapters SYE and TWCV
And suggestions for add on suspension parts or upgrades while the suspension is apart?
Axels will be regeard to 4.56 (dana 30 front, 8.25 rear 29spline)
33"tires and rims (not sure which yet)
Locker suggestions? Front and rear?
What else would you do if this were your xj?

This is going to be an awesome rig! with 33's I would just run the 4.5 inch RE kit. I just ordered mine, but I also added rubicon express's HD track bar, track bar drop brackets, and track bar brace. People say that the 4.5 kit nets about 5 inches after it settles which is more than enough for 33's. Good luck on your build man! share pictures.
