okay so a bit of an update, trying to get this thing ready for Rausch Creek for NAXJA's NACFest coming up this week
got the new front end in, went pretty easy, no problems. unfortunately the d44 has a leaky seal, and i dont have the money to buy a new bearing and seal and have it pressed on in time, so the 8.25 is stayin in
in the meantime i got a set of JCR stage 1 rocksliders for cheap, so over the weekend i put those on, bedlined the rocker panels up to the door trim, and put the warn t-case skid on
oh and i had to put some fender flares on her, was gettin some heat from the fuzz. so rather than dropping way to much money on bushcrackers or something of the like i picked up a set of rear TJ flares for 20 bucks. i had never really been a fan of the tj flares but there starting to grow on me.
well, heres some pics

I don't get what the point of fender flares are on a set-up like that...its not like those are going to make much(if any) difference in keeping rocks and junk from getting spit out. mud flaps would do worlds more than fender flares ever would.

yes i do know, unfortunately it broke off (obviously) when putting my new t-case in. i havent been able to get it out, havent really tried that hard, hopefully it will last til i can geta new bolt up there
we have a winner. well, no offense here, honestly, but if you read you would see that i HAD to put flares on. i got pulled over and was given a ticket and had 20 days to get fender flares on her. bushwackers are ugly, and mud flaps are uglier, i dont want to block any mud, i want it flying in the air and going all over my rig and such. around here your tire cant stick out more than three inches from the flare, with the TJ flares im at about two, so now im legal.

sweet man, jeep looks awesome very impressed. I have the hook up on a cheap set of bushwackers, which im not a big fan of, but for 200 dollars i can't pass them up. Plus i am active duty air force so who knows where ill get stationed next, here in Albuquerque i am good, but who knows once i get restationed so just trying to be safe.

looks good roof rack is pretty sick
