So if I'm reading this right, you took the front axle from the '01 and put it in your '99? Why downgrade?

Build looks good.

well the hpd30 had over 200k on it and something was wrong with it, and i had a spare lpd30 laying around so thats in there for now while i figure out this other one.

ok havent posted on here in a few days, done a couple things to the heep.
fire extinguishers front and rear
mag lites and mounts front and rear
and put a new steel bumper on the back

dont have any pics right now hopefully will have some up tomorrow

thats actually pretty legit. I may get a fire extinguisher at some point, but now that you say it I wanna get a mag-lite mount for mine. Gotta add it to the list hahaha

Rig looks great man! Where are you located in northeast CT? I'm in Coventry. I'm hoping to lift mine soon. Even with my lack of tools . I might wait until summer when I won't have to drive it again on monday.

nice rig man, i was gonna ask the same question about the d30, glad you addressed that.

why the 231 swap? just aftermarket support? my 98 has aw4, 242 and 8.25. been debating a 231 swap as well just for support purposes and being able to lock the front with no worries.

prolly just gonna run the 242 for a while though

great color man my 98 is the same i am trying so hard to find that grille that is paint matched mine is all black and i hate it. great sticker... and yours is truly an inspiration
