Quick update. Sold my Detours Tailbone and bought a Dirtbound Offroad DIY rear bumper and tire carrier. Bumper arrived yesterday. Still waiting on the tire carrier kit.

Also got a great deal on some LED light bars from a buddy of mine. Installed the 20" on the front hoop. I also have a 42" that will go up top later.

Nice pictures, enjoy seeing your progress. What welding setup are you running?

Miller 211 gas shielded setup. I just ran 220v to the garage awhile back. I'm still getting used to the welder again. It's like a totally different machine on 220v vs 110v.

It's starting to look like a bumper now. I'm digging the extra clearance, and the corner protection will be nice. My old stock plastic end caps were pretty banged up.

I think your garage is a key factor to why your jeep is really clean and shiny and mine is not. Definitely jealous.

Just read through your whole build. Awesome build. Like many others I love your cage. I think it is the perfect setup for a dually purpose rig.

Moving along at a snails pace, the bumper / tire carrier is getting close now. Did a little customizing and added through the bumper D-Ring tabs to the bumper. Tire carrier is all tacked up and ready to finish welding. Haven't had much time to work on it lately.

Are you still running the 4.56's with the 35's?
