The hardest part was making sure the oil pump was connected properly. I had to use a small screwdriver and push it up. I wish I would have bought a new o-ring, but I didn't so I proceeded on with the job since this is my daily driver.
My camera went dead right before I finished so the last 2 pictures were taken after finishing the install.

One of the first things I did when I got the Jeep was upgrade the factory stereo. In the fall of 2009 I installed a stereo and I upgraded the speakers and added a JL Stealthbox.
Radio - Alpine CDA-9886 CD, MP3, WMA Receiver with Remote, Rear USB Input and Built-in iPod Controls
Sub - JL Audio 10W3v3-2 (148.15 @ techronics) JL Audio 10W3v3-2 10" 1000 Watts Car Audio Subwoofer
Sub Amp - Alpine MRP-M500 1-Channel Car Audio Amplifier
Speakers - Polk Audio DB521 5-1/4" 2-Way Speakers (marine certified) (db521)
Amp - Alpine MRP-F300 4-Channel Car Audio Amplifier
I still need to build a box to cover the amps so that I can throw my gear on top of them when the seats are flat.

I installed 2 hockey pucks up front and decided to measure to see if that was going to be enough. The only place I could find to measure is a wall behind my work so Dukie564 helped me out and we flexed it out to get measurements. Here is the passenger side.

Next on my list will be skid plates and JCR Stage 1 Sliders. I've also got to get my rear shock relocation brackets from JKS welded on as well. And since I don't have front recovery I have to decide if I'm going to put in tow hooks or go ahead and upgrade the front bumper to a JCR Bumper.

Everything has been on hold with the Jeep for a little while. I just finished putting on new balljoints and hubs. I didn't take any pictures that day but Justin (Dukie564) came by to help with the work. While it was on the lift I also rebuilt the rear drum brakes.
I did find that the upper control arm bushings were worn out so I just ordered a set of JKS Upper Control Arm's and 2 axle bushings. I'll post pics up of the install when I do it.
The unplanned cost of the front brakes, hubs, ball joints, and upper control arms have set the timeline back on the new front bumper which is fine because I still haven't decided which bumper to get. I want something that will look good with the factory fender flares but that is sleek looking and that I can mount a winch on in the future. Any ideas?

So I've been neglecting the Jeep as well as this thread lately. I added the JKS upper adj arms quite a while back and at the time replaced the control arm bushings, the hubs, u-joints and ball joints. It's been about 30k miles since I did the work so I decided to do some maintenance today.
I replaced the valve cover gasket, both grommets and hard hoses that are attached to the valve cover today.

After I completed the valve cover gasket I decided that I should inspect and lube all the grease fittings as well as do an overall check of the vehicle. I found 1 bad axle side control arm bushing, leaking oil filter O-rings, and a broken pin on my JKS disconnects.

The frame and floorboards had a little bit of surface rust that wasn't there 18 months ago but overall not much has changed in 30k miles.

I ordered some D30 axle side control arm bushings, drag link, oil filter O-rings, some DPG sway bar disconnect cables, and 2 new lower control arm bushings for the axle side. Waiting on parts.
