BDS Lift on UK Spec XJ?

BDS Lift on UK Spec XJ?
Hello,
Ive been in the military about a year now and now Im stationed over in the UK. I had two XJs before I joined and I really want to buy one over here and lift it. My question is if I buy a UK spec XJ around 97-01 will an american lift kit work on it like BDS or Rubicon Express.

Yes I put a Rouch Country on my UK Jeep. Everything's the same but the steering linkage since it is RHD. I only have a 3" though so messing with the linkage wasn't necessary.
