So I've been trying to get these shock bolts out and I'm having such a hard time. They don't even want to brake. I soaked it with liquid wrench for days and nothing. Anyone know anything I can do to take them out? I just can't get it to budge

Front is harder in my opinion, ive done 2 xj lifts and both times the front was a pita. Did you buy new LCAs? Here is the process you should take: take tires off, support frame with stands, remove sway links, remove shocks from upper and lower mounts, support the axle with something and remove the LCAs, pull your coils out, if you bought new LCAs, install them BEFORE you install the coils, i made the awful decision of doing coils first...needless to say I ended up removing the coils. Put your coils in, I had to compress just a little for my 4.5 inch coils, and used a pry bar to bump em over the coil seat. After coils are in bolt up your new shocks and your good to go. Sounds easier than it is though..

Thanks for the advice. I was planning on getting new LCA's in a Few weeks along with some other stuff. So maybe I should just wait on the front end? For now I just have shocks and coil springs. Would it be a bad idea to put just that on for now?

A few bolts were lose that I tightened. There's no more rattling or vibrations but now I'm hearing a loud humming/droning while I drive. It's so Loud I can feel it in my head. Anyone know what that could be. This is my first lifted vehicle and jeep so I'm not sure if that's suppose to be normal or not.
