Thanks Nickel! Still working out some gremlins but she sure is purdy. Get lots of waves and stares from JK's, even a couple notes from other Cherokee owners wanting advice.

Ordered some 784's and a K&N CAI. Now just need a bored throttle body and a warm day to install everything.

Hoping these mods will improve performance a bit

Hoping these mods will improve performance and increase mpg. I avg 13.4.
Nice man I have some of those 784's they definitely made my engine idle smoother and slightly increased the acceleration. They do output slightly higher flow though so my gas mileage actually went down. If you bought them used, then something you might want to consider doing is flushing them with injector cleaner with about 20psi of pressure and replace the filter screens. I know both most people just soak them in injector cleaner, but that doesn't really clean them all the way and they have most likely seen several years of use. I will be doing both of those things with my injectors soon, so I can let you know if it makes a difference.

Still messing around with it. Not right yet and everyone seems to have a different reason for the problem

I got them used, sure as hell wasn't going to pay 80 bucks a piece for new ones. Let me know how those extra steps workout. Curious to see how much of a difference it makes. Figure the biggest improvement will be from headers, exhaust but not ready to head down that path just yet.

Handles better but still not where I want it to be. Beginning to think moving to a HP D30 is necessary.

Installed K&N today. Next up is injectors and throttle body.

I am also just have to be careful when ever I take it off road. Also didn't want to drop 6 bills on a snorkel that may never get used.
