How's it going xj world! I'm new here but not to the 4x4 world. This 98 xj my first jeep and can't wait to see where it goes. I got it for $200 and everything seems to work good but just has 190k miles. Check out my progress so far. Going to get a lift pretty soon. This is going to be my family play toy for the trails.

looks sick with no lift, just don't turn any corners or hit any bumps and you'll be fine

lol, looks like one of those Nissan Patrol hill climb race trucks

You might need to go up to at least 5.5" of lift to clear 35's comfortably. I am trying to do it on 4.5" of lift, but with a short arm kit it's definitely not "comfortable" and my flex is limited. Going up to 5.5" pretty soon

Added a 4.5 rough country lift. Looks much better. Haven't taken out yet but seems to be a solid lift. Parts felt like quality stuff and wasn't to hard to install. Definitely recommend for the average xj budget lift seeker. Rough country website had a great deal with free shipping. Definitely worth looking into. More wheeling pics to come...
