this is my new 97 ....paid 400 bucks for itafter 850 in new tires an rimsput front hitch on for some tow pointsgot bored today an decided to chop the top

thats part of my plan...as soon as i get a welder i will crop the tailgate an reweld every thing ...ima bedline the whole thing inside an out then paint yellow or green ....remove doors an 4.5 re liftkit

finished trimming exess skin off an put it in place to see how it looked...still have to weld an put tailgate back in place...i plan on tucking back peice under the remaining lip thats on the truck.im putting lightson the back roof line were the 2 intersect so the bolts help scure the 2 together,along with 2 more bolts

a little light for the back an these http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...temnumber=3029 are going on the front.....5 on top an 3 on front....25 bucks for 100 w h3

as i wait to the 2 to get the window fixed i try in finish some other projectsim still 2 shortjust set them up to get an idea on how it would look......also putting 3 on front using a factory light switch...for the back an top im using this from autozoneim going to have the most outer top ones on 1 then the middle 3 on the other then the back on 1 then have 1 extra if i need any more light....lol..wht u guys think...ill post more when i get done

I want to chop my jeep so bad but its my daily driver. Are you gonna put the tailgate at the front of the bed and use it as a rear window, or are you gonna chop it up and use it at the back like a truck bed tailgate?

use it as a back window...an have it removable so when its nice out i can ride around without it....doors are comin off next week
