Hey guys long time no post, i got a new jeep last week, a 96 cherokee classic 4.0. Aw4 the usual. So far the ony mods ive done to it myself are some 31" mud tires i got from a friend. Plans are the iro 8" critical path kit, and 35s locked 8.8 rear and undecided onthe front. I have a question about some wiring under the hood and wether someone could tell me where it goes, theres one connector thats just unplugged and the other was cut completely off and i have no idea what its for. Thanks guys!

Is it close to the firewall or towards the front of the engine? I'll take a look at my 93 next time I go down to the shop.

 

There are 2 plugs that plug into the wire bundle that goes to the auto transmission. This appears to be one of them. Can't tell you much more without doing major investigation. Good Luck.

PS; next time you're at the wrecking yard take a peek at a few of the rigs. Who knows, you may get lucky and find you're answer.
