Nice build. I've got a '96 that I'm just starting.

LOL, should be good man! I wish I had 4.88's... not that its a huge difference from 4.56's... but still. You will love the spartan too!

Do you think I'll be fine with just the rear locker? Or I should ask, do you think id be ok locking the d30 and put alloy shafts in?

With the big joint stock shafts you should be ok locking the front, but would be maxing it out... with alloys you should be fine. the hard part is turning locked F+R and hydaulic assist on a D30 is really a no go lol I would lock the rear and go from there. 1 locker will make a HUGE difference to open-open. If/when you feel the need for a front do it then. No need ot rush it today A Selectable up front would be ideal with a D30. I would see what you can do locked in the rear and talk to some people about there setups and see whats best for you, if you feel the need for a front. and decide if you want to d44 swap it before locking it or if at all (only bringing it up because you mentioned thinking about it once before)

Ok ill see how it drives with one locker. I might just have to save up for a selectable cuz I don't like the idea of having the front locked on the streets

IMO that the best way with a D30 front. use it when you need it, and have it off when you don't, the Eaton E-locker is the one I would recomend. but any will do!
