So I am fairly new to the forum. But I had some questions and was curious to what everyone has done.

Here is what I have done so far.
I bought a 96 Cherokee early this year and failed to look underneath well when I got back home I realized that rust had eaten through most everything underneath. this was a 2 door manual 4x4 and really loved it however I knew that that action had to be taken. So I bought a 92 4door that was automatic from a buddy of mine who was really trying to get rid of it. It has a pretty solid body but needed some work done.
This is where my build starts. I took the engine trans and transfer case out of the 92 and replaced it with engine trans and transfer case from the 96 and had the extra parts hauled off. everything is in working order aside from the reverse lights which I can do later. what I am curious is has anyone replaced the seats out of a 92. I have looked at other XJs and they wont line up does anyone have any ideas and also are their any ideas for a center console any ideas will be very appreciated
