A friend from work helped me cut my fenders today. It feels great to be able to actually turn without hearing that terrible grinding noise.

I just need to smooth out the rear cut/folds. I also have to figure out if I need flares of some kind or if I can just throw some mud flaps on and call it good.

Also I found this weird thing in my front bumper. I'm not even sure what you would call it. It looks like it goes up to the throttle body. I have a picture in that album of the bumper. Is it a smog thing for California? I've never seen it before.
I will get some better pictures tomorrow.

Vacuum ball. You can relocate it pretty much anywhere it'll go to. Just zip-tie it in if you want. Or, you could make a bracket. Just depends where you have room.

Take a look at this, it's for renix but it should give you some ideas.

Heres some pictures of my Rough Country Xflex Adjustable control arms I purchased after I bent the hell out of the factory arms.
RC upper and lower arms:

The install was fairly simple and only took about 2-3hours. I got my jeep aligned today and now everything is ready to go offroading.

Thanks RC for the fast delivery!
