170k miles
Well, I got the Jeep back in October of 2008. It was given to me for free from my brother's fiance's dad who wanted it off of his insurance. He told me if I could get it loaded and off his land it was mine. So I got it home. I don't have any pictures of it when I first got it because I didn't realize the potential, but I do have some of it before tire and lift upgrades, etc. Ok so here we go:
Parts lists:
Replaced belts
New battery
All 6 fuel injectors replaced
Fuel pump
Fuel regulator
Starter
Ignition switch
Blinker ****
Headlights
Tune-up
New radiator
Other mods:
30x9.5 Mud Rovers (April 27th)
3" Rough Country Lift (June 20th)
Used cragar wheels
Pilot Offroad Lights
Rear shackle
Flowmaster 40 with 3" tip exhaust package
Plans:
JCR Off-Road Front Bumper with recovery points.
CB with 3' Firestik.
New Cragar wheels (D-windows or Soft 8's).
Hella 500's mounted on JCR front bumper.
Okay so, I don't have very many pictures, but here are a few of my first wheeling trip with it stock:
And the rest of the pictures are how it sits today:
That's it for today. Sorry the pictures are crappy. Hopefully this XJ will be more for you guys to look at.

Pictures
Went wheeling last week with my girlfriend and my buddy and his girlfriend. He drives an S10, and recently got lifted and put 31" ATs on it. Well, the whole goal for me besides having fun was to outperform my buddy because that's how guys are. But things didn't work out too well. I had overheating issues so that limited what I could do, and I was worried about getting a good picture so my Jeep sank in a mudhole and got stuck when I decided to come to a complete stop so I could get a picture to put on here. My buddy learned from my mistake and kept his foot on the gas so he made it through. Here are a few pictures:

nice jeep man, just a quick question though, how hard was it to replace your fuel injectors and where did you get them from because i think mine are starting to go out on me.

Well I didn't replace them myself. I didn't know much about fuel injectors and I didn't have the time to try it out myself because it's my daily driver. It was around $600 for all 6 plus labor. I'm kind of glad I paid a mechanic to do it though. It's comforting to know I have reliable fuel injectors.

Thanks bud, haha. It's actually a local wheeling spot, it's a lot better on a muddy day.

So basically I've got a heap of problems to fix. I'm currently unemployed, waiting to get put back on an industrial jobsite (I'm only 18 with only a $100 bill to pay a month, so this may be good for my XJ if I can land the job). But ever since my lift and the whole headliner ordeal I've experienced a crap-ton of problems, here's the run-down.
Since the lift:
I've got this crazy clicking/popping noise everytime I turn left. It's getting progressively worse too.
Since I pulled the headliner and the board:
I didn't like that brown board hanging up there because the fuzzy stuff would get in my eyes and nose and it wasn't very fun. So I ripped it out and in the process wires were cut from the dome lights. So now my radio/dome light doesn't work. I tried to mend the wires myself and replaced the fuses but no luck. I haven't driven it that much lately but today I took it for about 3 miles and noticed my power locks were acting up. It was like all of them were locking and unlocking. I doubt I have a ghost in my house so what could be the problem?
Fuel gauge/Speedometer:
The fuel guage has never worked properly. The needle just floats around from E to F even when I fill up. I didn't worry so I just used my trip meter on my Speedometer. Well, that went out too. I traced it back to my transfercase and it was unplugged completely. I'm guessing it was ripped on a trail. So I plugged it in, doesn't work still. So I further trace the wire under the dash and found it to be unplugged there too I plugged it back it and it works now, to some extent. The needle shakes and doesn't give me an accurate reading plus I hear a popping noise. Does the wire have too much slack?
Thanks!

Landed a job today! Really excited. Gives me at least 40 hours Monday-Friday plus overtime. This is going to be great for my XJ!
