Hey good looking jeep man! Who makes the snorkel and hows the lift treating you? thinking about getting the same one but that's a lot of money for a high school kid to spend!

Thanks! The snorkel is an ebay one. So china makes it.

And I really like the lift. I know it seems pricey but it has a way better ride them most of my buddies jeep and the front end has a stupid amount of flex. Once I get these shackle relocation boxes finished I can fix my shackle angle and then I should be able to get real good flex out of the rear as well. I think all in all I paid about $900 for the lift the way I have it set up and I would do it all again with the same lift if I needed one again.

Finally got around to adding some paint. Its not a good paint job by any means but it works and it gets the job done. Total cost for paint = $40. I used foam brushes for the entire thing and I think I might have a total of 8 hours into the entire job. So all in all not too bad. No sanding, no taping, just threw some paint on it. If and when it stars to peel or gets scratched I'll just throw another coat over that area. Now I'm in the saving up money mode so I can get a tube bender and start on some of the bigger projects that I have been wanting to do.
I also finished my shackle relocation boxes and got those installed but didn't take pictures along the way since my phone was dead. I will get some pictures of those installed here soon and once I pull them out to get painted I will post some finished pictures of the boxes themselves. I have an extra set that I built that I will most likely be selling if someone is interested. I want to make sure they hold up to my abuse first though just to be on the safe side.

Long time since I posted last. I pretty much have a completely different jeep at this point. Here's a copy and paste post from the fab section
Here's a quick run down of where I am and why I'm not done yet.
Finished my bumper.
Figured out where my lights need to sit in order for the grill to fit
Another test fit.
Then took it down to a little crawler show we had in town. And on the drive home we blew a tranny line
While climbing under to try and fix the tranny cooler I found a bad wire (or 100) and decided its about time that I tackle that mess and clean it up before I put the front end back together.
The new engine harness after I cleaned it up and reran it.
Then the interior harness needed to come out as well. And that meant cutting the dash out to get to the harness
The interior harness before
And after
Then I started fabbing up a new dash
And ordered a bunch of stuff online to just build my own aftermarket harness instead of tapping into the crappy stock one.
And here is the new fuse box and relay panel I built.
Then I got some sheet metal and started mounting switches
And did a little test fit.
Then started wiring switches.
And that pretty much brings me up to today. I found out I have a bad fuel pump switch today when I tried to wire them up so I'm waiting on the new one for that to come in. And otherwise I'm just trying to piece things together as I have the free time. I really need to work on my tube fenders, Just haven't had the time or ambition lately. Hopefully in the next week or so I'll get those finished and get my grill mounted up.
