4.5" RE build ???s
So I'm getting ready to install my 4.5" RE short arm lift and bilstein 5100 series shocks next week on my 01 xj. I've been doing my research but do you guys have any tips or things I should watch out for? Did u guys have problems with the swaybar quick disconnect?
Thanks in advance for any input

Yep PB blast your bolts for 2 or 3 days before you start.Beg, borrow or rent a coil spring compressor(Even though somebody is gonna say you dont need it)Your gonna get your money back if you rent it anyway and you wont have to cuss sweat and go back to the parts store to get it.Be patient and think before you get pissed off and decide to start cutting bolts, sometimes things get in a bind and a little creative jack use or pry bar work can relieve some tension and make it possible to back a stubborn bolt out.Remember your improving your rig and its supposed to be fun......
