Default 2wd to 4wd conversion

I have 2 1987 jeep comanche trucks 1 2wd and 1 4wd. How difficult or easy would it be to swap the 4wd running gear to the 2wd truck? The 2wd is a 4.0 inline 6 with 5 speed manual trany while the 4wd is a 4.0 inline 6 with auto tranny. I want to swap everything but the engins if possible. Reason for the swap is that to 4wd truck is in bad shape as far as the body and interior goes while the 2wd is in very good shape. Any help would be GREATLY apprec1ated.

If you have the 2 trucks it's all bolt in..

Front axle, T-case and tranny. And maybe some wiring..
