I ran into the store today and when I came back out, my wife was sitting in the jeep with the engine off. She said it suddenly sounded like a jack-hammer under the hood, so she immediately shut it down.
After checking it out, the electric fan is acting like a ceiling fan with a bent or missing blade. I didn't see anything cracked or broken, so I'll be searching the forums....
Update: looks like a replacement e-fan is in order.
Another Update: Ordered the Omix OE direct replacement fan (Omix Part# 17102.52)

Thanks man. It's the Rough Country bumper with added d-rings/mounts and light bar.
The bumper is 379.95, light bar 79.95, and pair of d-rings/mounts 89.95

Received the e-fan and swapped it out today. Tomorrow I hope to affix springs to the front brake lines.
They needed to be longer for flex, but rub the tires a bit on normal road driving. the springs (based on advice I collected here) will allow the brake lines to be held away from the tire, while allowing necessary expansion when required.
I'll try to get some pictures of how I attach them.
