Materials
12 inch piece of 1/2x 1/2 inch tubing
8 inch eye bolt
piece of plate steel that was cut to fit the rim
took the tubing and welded it to the bottom of my rack (underside)
I PUT IT THROUGH THE EYE BOLT FIRST
then put my tire on and took the eye bolt through the rim
put the plate steel on and tightened it down, Because of the bottom frame I can really ream down on the nut and tighten it to the tire
Got the idea from one of the build up threads on here !!
