Default 99 2 DOOR XJ.....update with more pictures

Updated from the old thread

1999 XJ 2 door
4.0 L

8.25 rear
242 J transfer case

This was all stock when I got it and this is how far I have got over the past 10 month's or so.

- Rubicon Express 3.5 inch Superflex lift with all new springs and monotube shocks
- Rubicon Express steering stabilizer
- Rubicon Expres adjustable upper control arm's
- AFE Magnum Force Stage 2 Cold Ait Intake System
- Optima battery
- Rockcrusher front and rear differential covers
- Unique 297 15x8 black steel wheels
- 31 x 10.50 BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A
- Front bumper from Logans Metal Products in PA, these guys do a great job and the fit is perfect
- Homemade rear bumper
- JKS rear shackles
- JKS adjustable coil over spacers
- Rear double cardan driveshaft from Tatton's Driveline
- Rusty's offroad stinger to front bumper
- KC lights to front bumper
- New exhaust with Flowmaster muffler
- New headliner
- Kenwood CD player
- All the trim was removed and undercoated, I also removed the factory roof rack

I might add some fender flares and I have all the metal to make some rock sliders, tire carrier, roof rack and to finsih the front bumper. In the next week or so I will have the Warn winch on it and I have also been thinking about getting some on board air and have been looking at several co2 tank options.

Here are some pictures from start to present. I didnt take very many when it was stock and the top pictures are from the add when it was for sale.

that front winch bumper looked great till you added that huge monstrosity. Seriously that thing is hideous.

I agree that it looks kind of strange right now but I think it will look better when it's done. I still have a few things to add to it, kind of like this.

This is from the Poison Spyder website,
The stinger is a sturdy and functional bumper built for today's extreme trails. Stingers assist in minimizing damage during a rollover by helping to protect hood line, radiator, and engine. Additionally preventing potential end-overs when heading down steep terrain.
