Fitting the new rocker on the passenger side. I found these panels on Amazon for about $45 a piece. There was lots of cutting to get the new ones to fit and the old ones out. (As you can see, the old one was very rusted out. It's sitting on the ground.) Almost ready to start welding the new ones in!

Since I took the doors off, I was thinking to make the hinges quick-release. I already cut one hinge (as you can see) and if anyone has any advice on quick-release wiring from the doors it would be much appreciated!
