Also got front, and rear shafts from Oliver's Driveline in Winston Salem, NC.

Awesome work by those folks. The FedEx man just dropped off my XJ Super RockRails from AJ's Offroad Armor. More pics when those are installed.

Cut the fenders for clearance. It looks like a coyote chewed them open

For those fenders why no cut and fold method? You could run some flares but then your snorkel would get in the way. Everything looks good though love those rock rails!

I always liked that particular cut job. Leave it to me to goof it up. Not a big deal. I’m sure I’ll do something different later down the road.

Ill have to do the cut and fold on the rear. It’s pretty much the only way back there.

And yeah, I love the rock rails too. My wife especially likes them because she can now step up into the Jeep instead of doing gymnastics to get in. (She’s 4 foot 7)

So I noticed you have long arms on yours with those rails....mind showing me how they installed? My previous rock rails were designed to mount to the uniframe right where my long arm cross member side brackets bolted to uniframe. I could have cut them and welded the mount point inward but I decided to just sell them and buy a set that works.

I ordered mine so the front mounts hit the subframe ahead of the long arm mounts. AJ will put them pretty much wherever you want.

Default 207<231 Swap

That was easy enough. If you have the TF904, the 231J from an automatic YJ is a direct swap. The tail shaft is a bit longer on the 231. No real pics of that swap going on, except this hot mess:

Bench pressing those bastard to slide back into transmission is no fun or fun lol! Then again if you have a trans jack it will come in handy.
