My d60 for my rear is being built now at ECGS, it'll have an ARB. It is going on same time as my Clayton 6 inch long arms.
I dont really need a front locker for around here, but i may go for like an ARB or something selectable in the future

So i did the tank tuxk yesterday with my buddy. It wasnt too hard, just time consuming, took around 7-8 hours. Heres some pics.

We started off by removing everything out of the spare tire well and cut that out.

Then we were left with a hole in the trunk with visable access to the tank.

The next step was to unbolt the gastank, the hitch and the evap canister, and move everytging out of the way.

The above picture is with no tank in the jeep at all.

We then had to cut off the mounts on the tank skid and then cut another 6" lower to get rid of all that material. Then we welded up the mounts back onto the skid creating a tuck

We then had to drill a 3" hole through the frame to run the gas lines through, and we surrounded the hole with 3" exhaust piping

The filler neck had to be cut down so that the hose wouldnt kink.

After the skid was welded, and the hoses were ran, we bolted the tank back up and put the jeep down on its own weight. Overall we gained 7 inches out of the tuck. Im very happy with the way it came out.
