you could get away with either. if they rub just add a little bit of bumpstop when the time comes, no big deal. i would choose 3" just because you are less likely to need a tcase drop or sye. 31s would look small on 4.5" lift, for me anyway.

I have a Nates4x4 Front bumper and a JCR rear bumper. Both fantastic! They were coated in polyurea by my brother and were easy to install. Great products and shipping was ridiculously fast.. It cost me around 450 for both bumpers, coated and mounted. They both come with the unibody tie ins

I had a 3" lift but I wanted to go bigger so now I'm sitting at 4" with 31s and it's great. Probably moving up to 33s next summer after some fender trimming.

i washed my jeep the other day heres some pics. I ordered d rings cragar soft 8s bf goodrich a/ts a trailer hitch and my rough country 3 inch lift with new leafs heres some pics. Also put my cherokee forum sticker on.
