So stoked, just ordered up some One Ton steering. Ordered the kit from Serious off road, heard nothing but great reviews, and frank is a real good guy. This is the kit I ordered! http://www.seriousoffroadproducts.co...ducts_id=89921

So im finally going to start the HP30 build. Heres a pic of the Jeep I got it out of. It was a 1996 XJ Sport, real clean, no rust, the axle is in perfect shape.
Heres a picture of the axle itself, I bought Purple Power and im going to start cleaning it up, then wire wheeling the whole thing down. Anyone have a suggestion on paint?
I then bought some goodies for the axle, I figure I might as well get the axle to what I want it before I swap it in.
JKS Mini Skids:
Upper Axle Bushings:
Rubicon Express Bumpstop Extensions:
Im still waiting on Alloy USA Outer Tube Seals, and then I gotta buy paint, I hope to have this axle in by the end of January. Stay tuned!

So the other day I got my Outer Tube seals in from Alloy USA, look to be pretty good quality. Will put them in when I do my HP30 build
Did a lil flexing the other day for the first time with these new tires, no rubbing at all, flexes really well for short arms in my opinion.
I went snowing wheeling the other day for the first time with my buddy with a lifted ZJ, the KM2s do awesome in the snow, never got stuck and plowed threw tons of snow and ice.
Lastly, I have the last picture I tok of my jeep before the end of the year right before I went to a new years party. Just a lil mall crawling.
Going to order up extended front brake lines next week, and I just placed my order for the IRO 2.5" Exhaust, hopefully that comes soon, my current exhuast is falling apart. Also thinking of ditching the bushwhackers in favor for some Napier flares, idk we will see.

got my quarter panel guards from JCR in. Looks nice and beefy. Gunna bedline them and put them on.
Also got my Iron Rock Offroad exhaust today. Looks real nice, gunna get it welded up sometime next week.
Got a check engine light for a NSS and my power steering pump went last night. started grinding and then it started to leak.

Favor to ask - would you be able to post a picture of your firestik mount? How you bolted it and how you routed the cable inside?
Also what antenna are you using and does it woek OK being mounted that low?
Thanks.
