BRC National Call To Action - Help Save Moab's Trails

TL;DR on the issues:
The comments deadline is Tuesday, March 31st. BRC has provided 3-steps of action. I'm from PA and sent my piece in, as Moab is a bucket list item and I'd like to be able to go out there one day, instead of wishing I'd have been able to before.
