Hey man it might something related to your fuel delivery system. Like a fuel filter, the stuttering your are experiencing sounds like In the video that it is struggling to receive the gas. and can also be why when you stomp on the gas you are telling the injectors to open more but its not receiving the gas needed and to much air is letting in. There is a gas/air ratio designed for engines to running properly. So to me I would shoot for fuel filter

I.E you know how when you are running out of gas in a car and it starts the stall and the more you push on the gas your vehicle is trying to go but there is no power. Sounds like the same thing in your video, Because when you are running out of gas and you keep hitting the pedal you are just sucking in air which is why you are stuttering
So No gas=stuttering just like bad fuel filter= less gas to engine = stuttering

I just hoped information helps
Oh and for those of you who are going... fuel filter? What does a filter have to do with it?.... Well the job of the fuel filter it to act as a pump not a filter. It pumps the gas from the gas tank to the fuel lines which leads to your engine. But yes some people just call it a fuel pump because that's what it's really doing

Thanks y'all, the fuel pump, sock, and filter were some of the first things I replaced. Along with typical tune up stuff. (Plugs, wires, distributor, air filter, etc.)
I do like the idea of it getting too much air. That's a really good point

I got the injectors all clean, and they're wrapped in heat reflective tape, along with the rail. I also changed all of the cracked vacuum lines over to soft ones, instead of hard ones, and so far so good.

Well awesome it was something as simple as that but I'm sure you had a nice time taking it apart.
Good to hear your back up and running.
Now it's time to plan a local run
