Pst if he ever comes and works on it. For whatever reason he found a excuse not to come and work on it today.

I'm pretty close to taking it out of my yard and let it be his burden. He has never once come to work on it.

Anybody have any experience changing out steering boxes....I need some help with mine some time soon.

Not hard really. The biggest thing is making sure you line up the steering shaft correctly. If the new gearbox is one turn off when you install it, then you will be turning one way more than the other.

To make sure the shaft goes in right:

Turn the wheel all the way left or right before you take anything apart.
Lock th wheel in place some how so it doesnt turn when you disconnect the shaft.
When putting in the new gear box just make sure it is turned all the way the same direction.

Any of you guys have a pool/beach house for rent? I need a cheap place to stay on the south side of Wilmington the night of August 2nd and and 3rd.
