Sorry man. But i'll be working tomorrow and dont get off until around 4:00 and by time i get home its usually getting dark, and then have to get up early again tomorrow to start it all over again. Weekends are better for me thats when i'm off work so if you need any help on thw weekends just let me know.

Its a 91 cavalier and I have the head gasket set but not to sure about the tools but many enough, jack stands and jack

Its my step dads he blew the head gasket in his way home from work the other day, and thanks for any help

If your gonna redo the head gasket it's best to take the head off and take it to a machine shop to resurface it. If needed of course. But whenever I fix a head gasket I always get the head resurfaced. Just my .02

I agree but it all really depends on a lot of diff things. If there's high miles or if its ever over heated in the winter and got real how than cold hot and cold than the head can be warped but all you need is a straight edge and filler gage and you can check so its really up to you to take it to a shop or not but it deff is a good idea
