The trails open 03/30/13 if im not mistaken. Its the 2nd annual OHV Jamboree. Going to be lots of vendors and clubs across the street from the Outpost. I'll be getting there around 4pm friday (29th) and i'll be camping that night and getting up Sat early and hittin the trails. I'll be leaving Sunday morning-noon.

I'll probably only go to uwharrie once or twice this year just to make sure I got the jeep dialed in after this rml closeing deal. I'm just wondering if kodak will be open still.

What....oregon trail isn't serious enough for you? lol jk. Probably towards july or august for the gulches. I'll try to get up to uwharrie in the next few months. I should have the jeep back together in a couple weeks, I've got to get some gears in this 44. After that it's the home stretch. We'll have to plan something

Yea i know, saw that on NC4x4 but still, new trails are always welcome. Also heard there is already some tree huggers fighting the new trail, saying OHV area's are large enough and if anything they need to downsize not grow outward. Lol

Yea part of rocky mountain loop where Kodak rock has been closed temporarily mainly because of people getting off the trails and into parts they weren't suppose to go on. Its rather unfortunate, but theres still hope to reopen it if new guardrails are added to prevent people from going off the trails. On a side note I unfortunately won't be attending this year due to my jeep sitting in a pile in my garage haha and I don't want to take my toyota.
