Run to Shoe Creek 10/6-10/7
Kcawesome1 and I would like to make a run up to the shoe creek area on the weekend of 10/6-10/7. We will most likely be camping but haven't decided. More information as we get closer to the date. Open to suggestions on where to go up there, we have only been there once and some guidance would be appreciated.

If Red82 and I can't get out there the weekend prior (already had it in the works for awhile), I'll come out to this one. Right around Shoe Creek is Stoney Creek and Big Levels. All 3 can be done with a stock XJ. Shoe has a few obstacles, Big Levels is mainly nice trail driving, and Stoney has 2 paths - one for stockers that twist back and forth up the climb and then just straight up 3,000 feet. The straight climb is basically a mild rock climb the whole way.

Unless something changes, I'm gonna have to back out. Just spent a crap load on getting my DW fixed, and there are still things to replace that will bring it back if they're not taken care of soon. I hate it when you get it all ready for wheelin, then you have no money to go wheeling
