Looking for a traffic lawyer in Chesapeake, VA.
Anyone have any recommendations? I got a ticket doing 77 in a 55. Officer didn't write me up for reckless which I'm grateful for. I'm military and live in MD with an Indiana license.
I don't want the points so I'd like to find a traffic attorney to represent me I court without me having to be there. So far I've found an attorney in Chesapeake that will charge $350 to try and get it knocked down to a fine only violation
It might be hard to get it knocked down to improper equipment since I was driving a rental F-150 but it's worth a shot.
