I think the plan was to meet at corolla around noon...I vaguely recall seeing that in the first few pages of the thread. So probably where the road turns into the beach...

Sorry for the lack of updating everyone. I was in Texas this past week without internet or cell service. Talk about CF withdrawal! Anyway, here is an update....

Updated List:

Name - Item(s)
no rdplz+4(Chevy 1500) - BBQ Chicken, Canopy, Frisbees, Cooler, Water
Red82+1 - Cups, Plates, Napkins, Condiments, Cooler, Water
northline76+? - Grill(?)
Sno_Blynd+1 - Sodas
HighRoller+3 - undecided
Iontkar - brownies/cookies
XJsportG+2 - Chips, Garbage bags
DaddyGreenGenes - Grill, Venison

If you're gonna travel with us as a group, meet up at the Sam's Club in Chesepeake (1501 Sams Circle, Chesapeake, VA 23320).
We LEAVE there at 9:30am.
Otherwise, we'll meet up at the beach access in Corolla at noon. If you have any questions the day of, my number is 757.434.5134.

Stryker - hate to see that you're not going, but congrats on the job! Having an income is way more important than hitting the beach in your Jeep.

Guys, this also means we're in desperate need of sides. If nobody offers, I'll drop the chicken and do sides, but I'm hoping somebody offers to bring them.
Mike, since we dropped the dogs and burgers I don't think condiments will be needed. I'll leave it up to you though.

Also, if other forums allow you to link to another forum (very few do) I'm fine with promoting it on other sites. Otherwise, just do invites and let them know where and when to meet.

I'll try and get my buddy to bring a side/sides instead of condiments.

I'm Probably going to Meet Ya'll up in Coralla or Carova Since I'll be in that area.

I can Bring Hot Dogs, I just don't have a grill to cook them, so If someone wants to cook them, I'll bring them!

Also for my Chips, I'm thinking: Regular Lays, tostitos, doritos, and I'll take any other suggestions.

Could you do a side rather than dogs? I'm thinking fruit salad, tater salad, etc?

condiments will still be needed. My venison is mostly burger, but I've got a little bit of tenderloin for my private stash. I'll probably also bring a side of some sort also, so chicken and hotdogs are definitely welcome.

Thanks for the clear up, DaddyGreenGenes. Red82 - condiments are a go. XJsportG- dogs are a go. I'll still do chicken and if we could get a friend or two that we're bringing to do sides then we'll be set I think. Post it up here if there's any new additions/subtractions to the menu.

My buddy in his wrangler is also bringing a couple friends. I asked him to ask them to bring some sides.

sweet! Mike, I called my buddy that is letting us use his bays to do the lift swap to make sure it's still good. Haven't heard back from him yet, but I should see him tonight. If not, I'll call him again and let you know if anything has changed.
