I go to penntech and have a lifted 2001 cherokee xj, I see alot of trucks in the parking lot covered in mud, and ive heard they go wheeling around penn tech campus somewhere in the area. Any ideas where they go, or any trails or wheeling areas around williamsport?

 

No idea but I'd be wheeling to drive around and find the place
