Default Spots in SE PA Help!

Hello I am looking for good spots around or close to West Chester PA (hour west of Phili) where I can do some really fun off-roading but nothing too challenging. I already know of Rausch Creek but I sadly need an adult to sign waivers and I'm only 17. Does anyone know any possible spots? (abandoned quarries, woods, fields, ect.)

The only way you can do anything like this is with someone who owns private land. There is nothing LEGAL near west Chester.
